7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Damaged products caused by misuse or improper handling by the customer

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be shared with you.


Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size received
  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect product delivered

Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for quick assistance.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
